THE Tullboro team is delighted to announce that they have earned spots in the upcoming Sprintcars in the City event, as part of the Adelaide 500 for Supercars, with not one car, but two cars out of their stable, following the news that New Zealand star Michael Pickens and Queensland-based racer Brent Kratzmann have been accepted as drivers.
Both Pickens and Kratzmann are excited about representing the Sunshine Coast, Queensland-based Tullboro team at the exciting November 14 and 15 Sprintcars in the City event, and team owner, Brodie Tulloch, couldn’t be happier.
“The Sprintcars in the City is a massive shot in the arm for the Australian Sprintcar racing, and I’m thrilled to have two of the Tullboro team stable cars in the field with Pickens and Kratzmann as the drivers,” he said.
“Michael (Pickens) is a world-class speedway talent and it’s great to have a driver of his calibre being a part of this massive motorsport event representing his home country of New Zealand, and Brent (Kratzmann) is one of Queensland’s best, so the Tullboro team stable
cars are certainly going to be well represented.”
To coincide with the Sprintcars in the City event announcement, the Tullboro team is pleased to confirm that Carlin & Gazzard have joined them as a sponsor.
“Carlin & Gazzard are one of South Australia’s largest car dealerships and they are based in Mount Gambier,” Tullboro team owner, Brodie Tulloch, commented. “The Carlin & Gazzard team have a long involvement in motorsport as a supporter, and it’s great that they are continuing this tradition by supporting our team and Pickens for this
exciting Adelaide event.”
The Tullboro team is still working on securing a naming right’s corporate supporter for the Sprintcars in the City event running with Pickens. “The Sprintcars in the City event is going to create plenty of exposure with not only large crowds but massive media coverage via live television, and it’s a perfect opportunity for a sponsor to grow their brand by joining our team as a major sponsor for this event,” added Tulloch.
